Pillars of Magnolia

To me, a pillar of the community is someone who has played a vital role in shaping and establishing the community, embodying its spirit, and continually striving to make it a better place, particularly for raising families. This is someone who works tirelessly to improve the community in meaningful ways.

I also believe that the decision of who qualifies as a “pillar” is influenced by generational perspectives. What I might consider worthy could differ from what past or future generations might value.

Therefore, it’s essential to establish criteria that reflect what we collectively consider a “pillar.” As mentioned earlier, a pillar is someone who thinks and acts locally, with a deep commitment to the community, even while being aware of global issues.
